Not only did we forget some jewellery in the apartment, but Michael went above and beyond to return it to us promptly. the ironing facilities were a game-changer, allowing us to look our best for a special event. the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the garden furniture allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. the washing machine was a lifesaver, making it easy for us to pack light and keep our clothes fresh. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the apartment, making us feel right at home. Overall, Michael's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay exceptional, and we will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Southampton.
